WebVoltz is a tool designed to help businesses manage their leads, automate marketing, and streamline sales. We offer plans and features such as email campaigns, sales pipelines, and appointment scheduling.

2. Who Can Use WebVoltz?

  • You need to provide accurate information when signing up.
  • You must have the legal authority to agree to these terms for your business.

3. Payments and Plans

  • Starter Plan: $97/month + $1,000 one-time setup fee.
  • Unlimited Plan: $149/month + $1,000 one-time setup fee.
  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
  • We offer a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.
  • Setup fees are non-refundable. Subscription fees cannot be refunded after payment.

4. Using WebVoltz

  • Use the platform for legal business purposes only.
  • Do not upload harmful, illegal, or spammy content.
  • Keep your account details safe. We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by sharing your login.

5. Your Data

  • You own all data you upload to WebVoltz.
  • We store and manage your data securely. You can request data deletion anytime.

6. Service Availability

While we try to ensure smooth service, there may be occasional downtimes due to maintenance or third-party issues (like payment providers).

7. Canceling or Terminating Your Account

  • You can cancel anytime via your account settings. Your plan will stop at the end of your billing period.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that break the rules or fail to pay.

8. Limited Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of business due to outages or issues with third-party tools.
  • Indirect damages or data loss.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
